How to Schedule a Massage

Please see the Ladera receptionist, or call the number above to arrange for a massage appointment.
Once your appointment with a therapist is confirmed, you will receive a telephone call, or an email will be sent to your Pacifica address.
Our team of massage therapists is trained in a variety of modalities; please discus these options with the individual therapist.

Charges for Massage

Be certain that you are aware of your therapist's fee rate for your session.
All fees are paid directly to your therapist. Gratuities are greatly appreciated.
While cash is the prefered method of payment, a check is acceptable. We don't take credit cards or debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO RESERVE THEIR SESSION FOR A TIME THAT FITS THEIR SCHEDULE.
IT IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR MESSAGES REGARDING THEIR SESSION CONFIRMATION.
THE CLIENT WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY CANCELLATION FEES, AS STATED IN THE TERMS BELOW.

Less than 6 hours notice or failure to show - You MUST pay FULL PRICE of the scheduled massage to the therapist.
Between 6 hours and 24 hours notice - You MUST pay $25.00 to the therapist.
More than 24 hours notice - NO FEE is required.
Cancellation fees must be left with the Ladera receptionist in an envelope addressed to the therapist BEFORE you leave Pacifica.

Jerry's massage session fees are:
New Clients ~ $100.00 per hour [minimum 1 hour]. Each additional 30 minutes is $50.00.
Returning Clients ~ $70.00 per hour [minimum 1 hour]. Each additional 30 minutes is $35.00.

Joanne Weber Holden

Joanne provides profoundly soothing massage therapy and has been serving the needs of clients at Pacifica for over 10 years.
Through much training and practice, she has at her fingertips eclectic technics, embracing many modalities including:

Oceanna

With over 15 years of experience, Oceanna brings wave-like connecting strokes to relax and integrate the body systems.
Forearm strokes are used for tighter areas. Breath and intention are engaged as the relaxation deepens.
A 90-minute session includes the hot foot bath, as well.

Rich Heiser

In practice since 1997, Rich has over seven years of bodywork training.
He was on the teaching staff at The School of Intuitive Massage and Healing, from where he graduated.
He is also a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner, having trained with Marion Rosen.
Rich enjoys being present with clients and works with a slow, conscious intention.
He utilizes a personal and intuitive approach more than following modality protocols.
His clients comment on the gentle yet firm touch they receive.
The safe container of his sessions are conducive to relaxed, aware states of being.
